7th Pay Commission DA Hike: There is great news for central employees. The central government can give him 4 big gifts next month. DA may increase by 4%
4% increase in dearness allowance is almost certain. In August, the total dearness allowance will increase to 38 percent. Consumer inflation data (AICPI-IW Index numbers) has confirmed that DA may increase by 4%. However, the inflation data for June 2022 is yet to come. This figure will also come on July 31. After that all the situations will be clear. It is being told that it can be approved in the cabinet to be held early next month.

7th Pay Commission: Demand for fitment factor may be considered

Central and state employees have long demanded that their fitment factor should be increased from 2.57 times to 3.68 times. According to sources, the government can consider this demand of central employees. This can be discussed with the Cabinet Secretary in late August. If this happens then it can be very beneficial for the central employees. Due to increase in fitment factor, the salary of the employees can increase by Rs 8000.

If DA Arrear comes then you will get big money

18 Months DA Arrear new update: There is a lot of agitation regarding the stuck arrears of dearness allowance of central employees. Employees have not received DA arrears of dearness allowance between January 2020 and June 2021. Arrears outstanding for 18 months. Since the announcement of DA, unions of central employees are continuously demanding the dearness allowance. Pensioners also appealed to PM Modi regarding their DR arrears. Now once again there is hope. Efforts are on to negotiate with the government regarding the one and a half year arrear (18 Months DA Arrear). The union believes that the government should make a negotiated settlement.

Discussion about 8th Pay Commission also

The recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission (7th Pay Commission) are applicable for the increment of Central Government employees. But, the employees say that they are getting less salary than the recommendations. Salary components are getting the benefit, but much less than the recommendation. At present, the minimum wage limit is starting from Rs 18000. The Fitment Factor has the biggest role in this. Right now the fitment factor is 2.57 times. With the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission, it can be increased to 3.68 times. If it increases this much, then the minimum wage can increase from Rs 18 thousand to Rs 26,000. In such a situation, now the discussion has started among the employees regarding the 8th Pay Commission.
