Subject:-Furnishing of record of candidates registered in the previous sessions and enrolled in HSP-I (Class 11) Annual/Regular, 2021.
In order to integrate the data of the candidates eligible to appear in the Higher Secondary Part-1 (Class 11th) Annual/Regular, 2021 Examination and to have a first hand data transmitted to the concerned quarters, it is hereby circulated for information and follow-up of all the Heads of the District / Tehsil Offices of the BOSE, Kashmir Division that they shall acquire a list of the candidates, who were unable to fetch their details during online submission of PCA Forms of HSP-I (Class 11th) but are on-roll in the concerned schools for the Academic Session 2020-21 and are eligible to appear in the Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th)/ Annual Regular,2021 Examination, as per the enclosed format upto 3rd November, 2021.
The said information, in a consolidated manner, should reach the office of the Assistant Secretary, IT&SS by or before 5th November, 2021, positively, enabling such candidates to submit their PCA Forms for ensuing HSP-1 (Class 11h) Annual/Regular, 2021 Examination.
Note: No request, whatsoever, shall be accepted after the prescribed last date.
