Money is a big player, says Imran Khan:
“Money is a big player now. For the players, as well as for the cricket boards. The money lies in India, so basically, India controls world cricket now,” PM Khan said.

I mean, they do, whatever they say goes. No one would dare do that to India because they know that the sums involved, India can sort of produce much more money,” he added.

Also, we cannot deny the fact that big ACC, ICC contests get rescheduled giving a vacant window to the world’s cash-rich T20 tournament, the Indian Premier League (IPL). Last year’s World Cup, Asia Cup are the eye-witnessed examples of the devotees as IPL 2020 was successfully coiled up.

Recently, Khan met Pakistan T20 World Cup 2021 squad to motivate them ahead of the event. However, the squad he met is not the same now as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced three changes last week.

The men in green will kick start their T20 World Cup campaign versus India on 24th October. Both of the teams are optimistic to win; India wish to maintain their winning streak whereas, Pakistan will to make history.
