Prohibition on disclosure of identity of a minor acid survivor.
It has been observed that various videos and photographs of a minor acid survivor are being transmitted, forwarded and circulated on social media platform by individuals as well as media institutions which is gross violation of Child Rights under Section 74 of Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Act), 2015; Sub Section (1) of Section 74 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection Act), 2015 prescribes that “No report in any newspaper, magazine, news-sheet or audio-visual media or other forms of communication regarding any inquiry or investigation or judicial procedure, shall disclose the name, address or school or any other particular, which may lead to the identification of a hild in confl with law or a child need of care and protection or a child victim or witness of a crime, involved in such
